Wilenka was created in 1971. Currently, the team brings together over 100 young artists who are members in several age groups. "Wilenka' often subdued audience performing abroad and at domestic scenes. The team was highlighted in various prestigious festivals and contests. Particularly enjoys the distinctions obtained at 14th Festival of Groups from Kresy in Mrągowo (Poland) and international Folk festival " Kurpiowskie Wedding" in Kadzidle (Poland).
It was formed at the turn of 1948-1950. It consisted of a large number of dancers and was the pride of the village. Now many young people who belong to Mezőcsát Népiegyüttes study and work as well as dance. Part of the group learned how to dance at the Egressy Benjamin Elementary School. For the 60th anniversary group collects information’s and photographs from its founders and also other materials to allow spreading their culture and showing authentic Hungarian Dances. They are constantly working on new choreographies and overall aesthetic appearance of the group. They represent their folklore In many places in the world.
Attica Folklore & Cultural Association 'Polydendri' is a Greek folklore, music and dance group. It has 200 members. The dancers are amateurs, aged 7 to 50 and they have many groups (from children's to elderly people's groups). The Cultural Association is Member of the International Dance Council (CID)-UNESCO and it is represented in folk dance festivals by a superb traditional dance group, which every year performs in different places in Greece and abroad. It is a mixed group of about 30 people (adults), dancers, who perform excellent Greek dances of Attica and all the geographical regions of Greece, with the appropriate traditional costumes. they have also children dance groups, as well as elderly people dance groups. The Cultural Association specializes in presenting the Greek traditional wedding and organizing seminars concerning the Greek culture. The teacher of the team is Mr Yiannis Gantzias, who has been educated at the Athens University and has a high teaching experience in the Greek dances and music. Recently, it took part at Mesolloggi Aitoloakarnanias, island of Spetses, island of Salamina, Athens, Varna of Boulgaria (2002), Tenerife-Spain (2003), Sardegna's (Italy: 2004) Folk Mediterranean Festival, Nice's (France: 2005 )International Folk Festival, Sharm el Sheikh (Egypt: 2006), Porto (Portugal: 2007), Prague(Czech Republic: 2008), Malaga (Spain: 2008) International Dance Congress (CID-UNESCO), where received the best comments.
Folk Dance Ensemble ‘Mali Poligrodzianie’ was founded in 1985 and has been working with The Poznan University of Technology National Dance Band ‘Poligrodzianie’ since then. Its members are 40 young dancers of age between 6–13. Their programme apart from national dances, are dances from Wielkopolska, Szczyrzyc, Żywiec and Silesia regions. Authentic sources, as close to the roots of the Polish folklore as possible, are used while preparing dances and songs. The attempt is to preserve the characteristic behavior and performance typical to the particular region, as well as the unique set of instruments and costumes. The ensemble has given numerous concerts, both in Poland and abroad, applauded e.g. in Belgium, Denmark, Canada, Greece, Spain, France, Portugal, South Korea, Italy, Lithuania. Lively and colourful performances by ‘Mali Poligrodzianie’ are enriched by spontaneity of dancers and talents of solo singers.
